
Outdoors Victoria is proud to be partnering with Victoria University to host a day of hands-on workshops, information and fun for Year 9 and 10 students studying or exploring a future career in the outdoors.
Throughout the day, students will discover employment options, careers and how to excel in their future career by studying Outdoor Education.
Activities & Information Sessions
The day will begin with an address by Outdoors Victoria Board member, Sophie Bone.
Students will then have the opportunity to take part in a range of information sessions and activities including:
- Explore career paths in outdoor recreation and activity, outdoor education, nature-based therapy and nature-based tourism
- Attend tailor-made workshops with a range of inspiring leaders in the outdoors industry
- Meet employers in outdoor organisations
- Learn through hands-on activities
